KEYPOINTS
Market research
Market Research was conducted on the Indian market, which is very small, through competitive analysis of online applications and user interviews. Apps researched ThePetNest, TailsLife, PetPhone etc.Analysis proved that there are concern specific apps but on a deeper level finding verified sources and pet friendly spaces was left to browser searches.
To uncover gaps in individuals' learning processes, we conducted interviews with student peers and teachers using online and in-person surveys. Our curiosity delved into their learning organization, sources of motivation, reasons for losing motivation, and the resources they found helpful.

We can first categorize our users into three categories audiences-
Pet Owners without a network of animal lovers nearby to rely on.
Animal lovers willing to make extra cash by offering up their services as a sitter.
Pet store and service providers who wish to increase their reach and attract business.

We were curious to know more about our users day to day self learning journey. We used user personas to point out the issue through their eyes, and empathizing with their feelings. We created two personas, one for a pet-owner and one for pet-service provider.

A feature for vets that can be accessed online for advice and to tackle smaller problems and offline for fixing appointments, with information like their charges, qualifications and timings.
